After graduating cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's School of Business Administration with a degree in Finance and a certification in International Business in May of 2004, I moved to Louisville, Kentucky to start my career in the mortgage business. I have been with First Omni Lending the entire time and have done quite well. In the Fall of 2008, my family and I moved back to Wisconsin so that we would be closer to family. Beyond that, the company and I launched First Omni's first physical office in Wisconsin at the same time!
I attribute my success to the fact that I love my job! I enjoy the process of getting to know my clients while helping them buy their home and/or accomplish their financial goals through refinancing. My client recommendations clearly show that my love for my work is exuded throughout the entire mortgage process.
I have moved up the ranks from Mortgage Banker, to Senior Mortgage Banker, to Production Manager and I have achieved many awards along the way.
As for my personal interests, I spend as much time as possible with my lovely wife, Lynn, my two children, Maddie & Eli, and our dogs, Ben & Marla.
Beyond that, I greatly enjoy rock climbing, spelunking (caving) and pretty much anything outdoors. I am also an avid photographer and I am active in my church.

2008 - National Banker of the Year - This is an award that is given to one banker in the company each year for achieving the highest level of loan production within the calendar year. At the end of 2008, there were about 85 bankers employed by First Omni.
2007 - National Banker of the Year - This is an award that is given to one banker in the company each year for achieving the highest level of loan production within the calendar year. There were about 110 bankers employed by the company in 2007.
2007 - President's Club (March - May) - This is a quarterly award given to any banker that achieves a consistent, high-volume of loan production for the quarter. I have earned this award five times, the next highest record holder in the company has earned this award twice.
2006 Steve Geer "Iron Man" Award - This award is given to a member of management and is named after a First Omni employee - Steve Geer - who past away in October 2006. Steve was a Sales Manager at First Omni, but he was also an extremely active athlete that regularly competed in triathlons throughout the country. Steve competed in over 150 events and the award is presented annually to honor the hard work, dedication and competitiveness that Steve displayed in everything that he did.
2006 - April Banker of the Month - This award is given to the top-producing banker in each division of the company.
2005 - National Banker of the Year - This is an award that is given to one banker in the company each year for achieving the highest level of loan production within the calendar year. There were about 90 bankers employed by the company in 2005.
